This hotel provides luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations, the outdoor swimming pool is well-maintained and the garden area is stunning. the beach access is fantastic, and we enjoyed the massage services. the restaurant and lounge area provided great food and drinks.

Enjoyed our first family trip to Mexico. Comfortable villa with all basic kitchen amenities. All-inclusive package offered good quality food in diverse styles at multiple restaurants plus room service. Friendly and efficient service from helpful personnel, especially the beach waiter and concierge. Great facilities, private beach, pools, and water activities provided entertainment and relaxation while ensuring security.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those looking to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres, as it is right on the beach and close to both the beach and Royal Sands locations. The rooms are spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service and comfortable beds. The facilities are also a plus, including a beach bar and two restaurants with fresh, well-prepared food.

The staff could use some improvement in terms of friendliness and attentiveness.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the two bedroom villa was perfect, thanks to the amazing cleaning services provided by Innocencia. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise, with all the necessary appliances and cookware provided, including a blender and toaster. The all-inclusive package offered reasonably priced meals at the various restaurants, which served delicious food prepared in different styles each day. The staff, including Patricia at the beach and our concierge Elliot, were attentive, responsive, and provided excellent service throughout our two-week stay. We felt safe and secure at this hotel, with high security standards and a dedicated security guard named Javier. We can't wait to stay here again, thanks to the wonderful memories we made.

The suite we had was spacious and had a modern kitchen. The balcony offered a fine ocean view. We enjoyed the free snorkels and kayaks, and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend The Royal.

As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved the amenities and activities offered at The Villas. The all-inclusive package included free use of towels, snorkeling gear, and even kayaks. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and there were multiple restaurants to choose from, all included in the package. The pool bar was a highlight and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.
